Mr. Rajasekhara Babu Nalluri, Chairman & Director

Mr. Rajasekhara Babu Nalluri is a professional engineer with more than 45 years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, hydropower and organic fertilizer industries. He has an experience in project development, project implementation, project monitoring and control, plant operations and maintenance, process design and plant commissioning. Presently he is the Managing Director of M/s Aquagreen Engineering Management Private Limited and also the designated partner of AEMPL-BOMS LLP. Earlier he was the director of M/s Energy Infratech Pvt Ltd. He has worked in various capacities in prestigious organizations like Rashtriya chemicals and fertilizers and Saudi Formaldehyde chemical company.

Mr. Syed Javed Mohsin, Managing Director

Sh. Syed Javed Mohsin is MBA, Strategic Management from IIT Delhi and B.Sc. Engg. Civil (Hons.) from AMU, Aligarh. Shri Mohsin has more than 37+ years of professional experience in Power Sector. He has worked in various capacities in prestigious organizations like NEEPCO, NHAI, NTPC and Energy Infratech Pvt Limited. Prior to joining Patikari Power Pvt Limited, he was the Managing Director of Sikkim Power Development Corporation Limited (SPDCL),( Oct-2012 to July-2015) Gangtok Sikkim and Teestavalley Power Transmission Limited, New Delhi (Aug 2015 to Oct 2017).

Mr. Indra Kumar Alluri, Director

Mr. Indra Kumar Alluri has more than 30 years of vast experience in company manufacturing operations. He is Chairman & Managing Director of Avanti Feeds Limited, pioneers and one of the top most shrimp feed manufacturing, shrimps exporting, shrimp hatchery managements and taking care of all over the manufacturing operations. Mr. Indra Kumar has vast experience in foreign trade by virtue of his past and present involvement in import & export business.

Mr. C. Ramachandra Rao, Director

Mr. C. Ramachandra Rao has more than 30 years of vast experience in Government, public sector and private sector and held senior positions. He is associated with Avanti Feeds group for past 3 decades and responsible for entire groups finance and statutory planning and management. Presently he is Joint Managing Director and Company Secretary & CFO of Avanti Feeds Limited.

Mr. K Seethayya, Director

Mr. K Seethayya (60) is a Gold Medalist in M.Sc (Tech) in Applied Geophysics from Andhra Pradesh University, with 30+ years of experience in the power sector, including 7 years in the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India. He played a key role in shaping India's Private Power Policy (1992), Mega Power Policy (2005), and major private sector power projects. He has held leadership roles in Enron India, Athena Group, Energy Infratech, and Everest Power, successfully driving large-scale projects, including the 1200MW Teesta III HEP and 1750MW Demwe HEP. He has also worked as a consultant for Shell India & Dabhol Power Company. Beyond the power sector, he founded Vestal Schools Private Limited in 2007, focusing on providing world-class education. Currently, he serves as a Whole-Time Director & Promoter at Greenew Urja Private Limited and holds non-executive directorships in companies across power, real estate, and education sectors.
